70-200VRII+TCIII on D700 test-part 6:CA and purple fringing

About CA(Chromatic aberration) and purple fringing: I see nothing suspicious until now, even though I didn't have the time to pixel-peep about this and I didn't take any high contrasty images like a brach of a tree agaist the backgound of a sunny sky yet...

Update: I took the underneath test shot. Shooting conditions were: D700 with 70-200VRII+TCIII combo mounted on tripod. Shutter release with remote control. Original picture captures in NEF 14bit.
The camera setup:


Details of the branch lifted in Capture NX2 with the shadow slider. No additional PP or sharpening. No additional CA control done in Capture NX2.
There was some motion blur possible because of windy conditions.
