After spending thousands of hours (yes, thousands...) on different photography fora since 2001, I decided to create my own forum.

While I prefer quality contents far above the number of clicks, I decided to avoid as much as possible anonymous posters and people with bad intentions.
I don't like to see threads where people just want to prove that their camera is better than the one from another brand and I dislike very much when I read the reaction of some snob who is ridiculing the first attempts of a beginner to publish her/his first picture on a forum. I also dislike seeing personal attacks from an anonymous user against a valuable contributor. That kind of threads/topics/replies will be deleted by one of our moderators or by myself without notice or further comment.

The guiding principle on this forum has to be passion for photography .
This forum is meant more as a "friends-club" than as a public forum.

affiliated forum member
Can see the forum, can read the topics and posts, can post new topics, can reply to existing topics, can post pictures..

For registration: Please use your real name as username and login.

To become an affiliated forum member:

..., you can see the forum, you can read the topics and replies, but you cannot yet post new topics, neither reply to existing topics yourself.
To enable you to post new topics, to reply to existing topics and/or to post pictures your registration profile has to be changed to "affiliated forum member".

In order to avoid anonymous posting and people with bad intentions, we only will admit "affiliated membership" to people to our forum about whom we have following information:
 

*Your real name(first name and surname): *Your emailaddress: (gmail and hotmail addresses are not accepted). *Your personal website or photo galley: http:// *Your username/login that you used for registration(*):

The information you send us by email will not be visible in your user profile or member list.
(*) We prefer that you use your real name as username and login, eventually shortened e.g. SBuyle (**)
(**) In case you would have registered already before having send the necessary information under a name like "MyCameraIsTheBest" or similar names, board administration will change your login and give you a new password.
